Regional IT Application Manager

Position Location
This position will be based in Oak Brook, IL, at the Solina North American headquarters.

• Manage NA application team.
• Assist the Group Application manager to ensure the same strategy is applied at regional level.
• Support and help Regional Business to define their needs and translate them into IT functional description.
• Challenge Business need regarding the Group Digital Roadmap
• Evaluate workload and budget of Business requests.
• Ensure Regional project follow-up (budget & timeline)
• Ensure software are up to date in term of support (version or external support contract)
• Mitigate risk by proposing actions plan.
• Engage with stakeholders, PM, developers and external contractors.  

• Minimum 10 years-experience in IT with 3+ years of project management experience
• Working in an international environment
• ERP Knowledge
• Possesses general understanding of “internal clients” activity and needs.
